Tamson supply aids to navigation, providing high quality, reliable and cost-effective solutions to the oil and gas industry and marine sector. We are in alliance with world-leading innovators in the production of aids to navigation, proposing durable buoys, quality navigation lights and more.

We work in association with our foreign technical partner, distributing and offering the full range of navigation aids products.

MARINE LOGISTICS

We maintain fleets with diverse capabilities and can provide the right vessel to meet our customers’ needs. Our vessels serve drilling, production and support offshore construction and maintenance work.
Our vessels provide all services for exploration, development and production activities including:

These are achieved through field and in-house supports with our teams gaining most of their experience supporting oil and gas operations from prior engagements.

III. PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Tamson have over the years acquired the skills, methods of planning, organizing, and managing projects from inception to its successful completion.

Every effort is put in place to complete projects/services on time within budget without compromising quality.

In cases where we anticipate delay or cost differential, our escalation procedure has help us minimize the impact to our client

We handle project/service effectively by defining, communicating and agreeing the plan/resource with the client. Estimate project cost and make proposal as defined in the plan and schedule. We ensure the right resources are engaged at the right time and place, evaluating risk and failure points and put in place alternate strategies where necessary.
